Our Story

The Original Mr. Pizza South

Three Generations. One Recipe. Since 1963.

Our Story

Mr. Pizza has proudly served the Rochester community since 1963, when Clarence Fulton opened the restaurant with a simple goal: make great pizza and treat every customer like family.

From the very beginning, Mr. Pizza has been built on the same dough recipe and signature sauce recipe. More than 60 years later, those recipes are still at the heart of every pizza we make.

In 1978, Roger Fulton and Mark Fulton, two of Clarence's sons, purchased the business from their father and proudly continued the family tradition. In 2006, Roger became the sole owner and continued building on the foundation Clarence had established.

In 2018, Ryan Fulton became the third-generation owner. Today, Ryan proudly continues the tradition started by his grandfather, Clarence Fulton, serving the Rochester community with the same dough recipe, the same signature sauce recipe, and the commitment to quality that customers have trusted for generations.

Whether you're joining us for lunch, enjoying a meal in our dining room, picking up dinner to go, or stocking your freezer with our famous take-and-bake pizzas, we're grateful to be part of so many family traditions.

Thank you for supporting our family business since 1963. We look forward to serving Rochester for generations to come.
